Wrong Item Ordered by Customer
Replacement part must be logged in as a separate new order.
Log a trouble ticket indicating wrong part ordered.
Customer will purchase an RMA number and receive a full refund for the wrong item ordered.
We will have the incorrect part picked up via FedEx call tag. Please Note that no credit will be given unless the product is returned in brand new condition including the original packaging. This will be determined by inspection upon receipt the the product back to our warehouse.
Once received back and inspected (up to 7 days), if found in new condition we will credit the original purchase price.
