The 2008 Ford Expedition is Ford's largest SUV and is available in regular length as well as the Expedition EL, which wheelbase is twelve inches longer and it's wheelbase is about fifteen inches longer. The powertrain for all models is a 300hp 5.4liter V8 engine and a six speed auto transmission. Max towing capacity is slightly over 9100 pounds. Expeditions rear wheel drive comes standard. Safety equipment; ABS, antiskid system, traction control, front and curtain side airbags. Some trims offer a powered folding third row seat.
