Our Easy Return Policies |

Company Error:
We will do a same day return on any items shipped due to a company error. This includes a wrong vehicle part number.
We will not make you wait for your product to be returned if we made the mistake. We send out the new parts as soon as the incorrect part is picked up. Please report any mistakes within 7 days of receipt.

If You Receive A Damaged Product:
Do not refuse the package. If you refuse the package then NO credit will be
given.
We do not ship out damaged products so if you received a damaged product it is the fault of the shipping company and we must go through certain procedures to file a claim. We will immediately ship you out a replacement product as soon as the damaged part is picked up.
The shipping claim will not hold up your replacement being sent.
If you received a damaged product, please notify is within 3 business days from the day you received your part by emailing us at runningboardwarehouse@yahoo.com or call a telephone representative at 877-374-8229.
Please be specific, stating exactly what damage was found, including driver/passenger side ect. as well as if the packaging was open or damaged upon arrival. Please provide pictures if possible.
We will then contact the shipping company and file a damage claim as well as schedule the damaged product to be picked up.
Customer is NOT to file a damage claim prior to contacting us; doing so will delay the replacement being sent.
For us to replace a damaged product it must meet the following criteria:
-Product must not have been installed
-Product must have all its original packaging and be able to be repackaged exactly as it arrived to you
-Product must be able to be picked up by UPS/FedEx at the same location to which it was delivered. |

Cancellation Requests:
Orders may only be cancelled by phone. The order may be cancelled if it has not yet shipped out. There will be a
$25 cancellation charge to cover processing fees. |

our warehouses without a RMA#, then we willl refuse the shipment and NO
credit will be given.
